Carolyn Richards N.D. has spent years working with patients in the therapeutic areas of pre-natal health care, infertility, miscarriage prevention, support for a healthy pregnancy and natural support for easing the transition into menopause. She specialises in detox diets that have proved extremely effective in alleviating infertility and miscarriage. Her program is an innovative combination of organic food, herbal medicine and lifestyle programs.  She will also work with you to formulate a healthy natural diet for your growing baby. Also, she often offers consultations to corporate companies and leads seminars on weight loss, eating for energy and stress management.

Carolyn specialises in pro-active prenatal health care. This is an approach whereby both prospective parents are encouraged to look at ways to improve their own health before they conceive to avoid passing down their own health issues to their children as well as having a profound effect on the health of the baby and improving fertility and pregnancy outcomes.

Carolyn is a fully qualified Naturopath, having completed four years of training in Herbal Medicine and Nutrition.   Carolyn has years of experience in treating women and children throughout the preconception to post natal period and in preserving hormonal health in the ageing female to ensure an easy menopause.
